Rebecca L. Griffith, MD Board Certified & Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Griffith is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, fracture care, and shoulder arthroplasty (replacements). She is passionate about extending excellent surgical care with compassion while serving her community.

Dr. Rebecca Griffith was raised in Missoula, Montana, and attended George Fox University near Portland, Oregon, before earning her medical degree at Loma Linda University. She went on to complete her residency at the University of Colorado, where she trained under some of the region’s top surgeons. During her residency, she gained extensive operative experience while caring for patients at multiple Level I trauma centers in Denver.
To further specialize, Dr. Griffith pursued advanced fellowship training in complex sports and shoulder surgery at the University of Southern California (USC), where she worked alongside some of the nation’s leading sports orthopedic surgeons. During her fellowship, she served as a team physician for USC Athletics, including the football program, and for the Ontario Reign professional hockey team.
Dr. Griffith is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, fracture care, and shoulder arthroplasty (replacements). She is passionate about extending excellent surgical care with compassion while serving her community. She understands that injuries can be devastating to active patients and works closely with each individual throughout the recovery process—whether they require surgery or nonoperative care. Her goal is always to provide patients with respect, expertise, and surgical precision to help them return to the activities they love.
She is an active member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dedicated to advancing her field, she stays up to date on evolving surgical techniques, clinical innovations, and modern technology, and has contributed through multiple book chapters, articles, and presentations at national conferences.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Griffith enjoys traveling the world with her husband, staying competitive in her Peloton workouts, and attending football and hockey games throughout the NFL and NHL seasons. She is a longtime fan of the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Kings.
